Birthday boy did not, however, wish to pose this morning, so I haven't any new pictures to post. I have several ideas for a registered name, but he still needs a barn name that equals 6. (see post regarding naming Ellin) Possibilities are Bunyip, Scion (works as a registered name, too, since Majestic Prince is in his family), and Antares. Miss Ellin remains unbroken, and I am beginning to form an ugly picture in my mind. I believe the breeder DID start Ellin under saddle and am beginning to think something may have happened during gate training or in some other confined space. Cheyenne Brown has entered Ellin's world and, while we have not made any progress, this wonderful girl is as confident as I am that Ellin is not hopeless. Cheyenne is tall, fearless, and trains the same way I do, and I have every faith that together we will find the key to unlocking this filly's potential.
